Purchase of Two (2) Water Flow Meters for the Water, Joint Use Area, Sagami General Deport (SGD) Notice to Offerors c. Notice of Site Visit: (1) Site Visit. On 12 Mar 19, a site visit will be conducted at Sagami General Depot (SGD), Japan. The participants shall meet the Government Representative at the main gate of SGD at 1000 hour on the date. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where meters are installed to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. In case of severe weather on the date of site visit, the Government may reschedule the site visit within a few days. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred to participate in the site visit. (2) Gate Pass Request Form. To participate in the conference/site visit, the offerors shall submit a Gate Pass Request Form (Attachment 1) to Ms. Tomoko Harashima, Contract Specialist, at 042-552-6120 (Fax 042-551- 0973) or tomoko.harashima.jp@us.af.mil on or before 4 Mar 19, 1400 hrs.
