DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish services for transporting Government freight by Contractor-provided trucks as set forth in the Price List, in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. The Contractor shall furnish services of transporting Government freight by most expeditious mode of transportation via air service, truck or combination of air service and truck whichever is faster IAW the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable GOJ laws and commercial practices. See the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. The Government contemplates award of up to three (3) pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation. Offerors may quote on all or some line items in the Price List. A pre-proposal conference is NOT scheduled this time. Offer Due Date: 09 APR 2019, 02:00 PM (Japan time) NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
