The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, scaffolding, and any other items or services necessary to replace/upgrade security systems, B200 (3rd Floor), Yokohama North Dock, Japan, and the contractor shall provide the following: 1) Associated computer system/database required to control AECS and IDS. 2) Proximity badges (100) and printer system for non-CAC holders. 3) Final design drawings (As-Builts) of the completed/installed system. 4) Training and material necessary to operate the AECS and IDS. Reference is shown in the attached PWS Appendices (required material, parts, and equipment list)
