On 8 Aug 19, a site visit will be conducted at Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken at 0900 hour on the date. Due to the distance between sites, offerors must be able to drive around base. Offerors will not be able to access Camp Zama on foot. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. In case of severe weather on the date of site visit, the Government may reschedule the site visit on a date to be determined by the Government. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred to participate in the site visit. 2: Offerors must bring the slippers or indoor shoes. 3: Gate Pass Request Form. To participate in the conference/site visit, the offerors shall submit a Gate Pass Request Form (Attachment 1), a copy of passport or driver license and car insurance to Mr. Kazuto Ohira, at 046-407-8296 or kazuto.ohira.ln@mail.mil on or before at 1200, 1 Aug 19 (JST 1200, 1 Aug 19). 4: Uploded PWS is draft.
