This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. All offerors shall follow attached combine synopsis document and attachments. All interested vendors intending to submit a quote need to attend a pre-proposal conference and site visit. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: PWS, Appendix B, Location Map are not attached. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the maps. Note 3: PWS, Appendix D "Balanced Price". Excel version is available for your updates. Contact POC via email to receive excel version. Note 4: Pre-proposal Conference and Site visit will be conducted on 30 Aug at Yokota AB and 4 Sep 19 at Hiroshima area separately.
