This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not currently seeking proposal; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal as a result of this notice. It is highly recommended that prospective contractors be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database as registration is required. Request interested firms response to this notice and provide the uploaded RFI and Attachment 1 not later than response date on this notice.
