This is a Sources Sought Notice and Market Survey for a recurring contract of Petoroleum, Oil and Lublicants (POL) Trucking Services, Japan. Prospective offerors are requested to provide a response to the questionnaire in reference to the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and draft Pricing Schedule, no later than 14 Sep 2020. The contract will be a single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with pre-priced items for five-year contract period (Basic plus four Option Years). The Contractor shall transport bulk petroleum products by the Contractor’s trucks as set forth in Schedule of Supplies/Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. The areas of performance shall be throughout Japan except Okinawa and Hokkaido. Products to be transported are clean bulk petroleum products, consisting of mobile gasoline (MUM), diesel oil (F-76, FJ-1), and jet fuels (JP-5 and JP-8).
