The Government is performing market research to determine the feasibility of having work for Tree Removal and Trimming Services completed at Yokota Air Base and Geographically Separated Units from a vendor in the Japanese commercial market for a period of ten years or less. Please answer the following questions by writing “YES” or “NO”, with its reasoning if required. If the determination is “NO” please provide the maximum number of years that would seem reasonable for this requirement. This is a Request for Information (RFI). This RFI shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP), or any solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to select or qualify proposals or offers based on this RFI or otherwise pay for information obtained via this RFI or in response to this notice. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise as a result of a response to this RFI.
