The total estimated value is less than $100,000. Requirement Description: This acquisition is to provide replacement and spare items for the Hawkeye III Lite existing equipment. This is a Firmed Fixed Price Purchase Order for supplies which will include the Feed Boom X-Band Magneto Compass, Suunto Tandem Compass/Clinometer, LNB X-Band 7.25-7.75 GHz External Reference w/isolator, X-Band Buc, and ODU AC Power Cable to support the X-Band configuration of the Hawkeye III Lite, Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). This requirement is for the acquisition of the supplies identified below: Qty 2, Item No: 62-00001T, X-Band BUC H3L Qty 2, Item No: 66-4400, AXINTLNB X-Band 7.25-7.75 GHz External Reference Qty 1, Item No: 65-80011, Tandem Compass/Clinometer, Suunto Qty 1, Item No: 0191-2101-10, ETFeed Boom, X-Band, BNC GPS, Magneto Compass Qty 1, Item No: 0135-0120-01, Cable Assembly, ODU AC Power This sole source contracting action seeks an exception to full and open competition pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the requirement. Responses to this notice must demonstrate that more than one responsible source exists to fulfill the stated requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
