The requirement is to operate, maintain, and repair the electric generating plants, uninterrupted power system (UPS), station battery systems, applicable AC units and associated equipment located at Owada Communications Station (Owada), U.S. Fleet Activities Sasebo (Sasebo), Tokorozawa Transmitter Site (Tokorozawa), Camp Zama, Yokota AB and Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) Shelters in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s instructions and commercial standards/practices. The contractor’s operation service is required for the electric generating plants and its associated equipment.
