This is a market survey for Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) Trucking Services, from Honshu to Hokkaido, Japan. The Contractor shall transport bulk petroleum products with the Contractor's trucks as set forth in Schedule of Supplies/Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and practices, from Honshu (Pick up options are Misawa Air Base, Hachinohe Naval Terminal, Hakozaki Naval Terminal, Tsurumi Naval Terminal, and Yokota Air Base) to Hokkaido (Tomakomai Port, Kushiro Port, Hokudaien Training Area, Yausubetsu Training Area and amp Obihiro). It is requested potential sources to provide a response, by filling out the Market Survey Questionnaire and send out to the primary and secondary points-of-contact (POC) via e-mail at ken.sato.jp@us.af.mil, and maki.kodama.jp@us.af.mil.
