The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide for ground maintenance services at DLA Building, Sagami General Depot, Sagamihara, Japan. The contractor shall perform the grounds maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendices, commercial standards and practices, and applicable Japanese laws. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: Site visit will be conducted on (To Be Determined (TBD)) at DLA, Sagami General Depot. All offerors shall be at gate on TBD. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT TBD. Note 5: The offerors shall confirm the email has been received by the POC via phone.
