The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of water supply control systems (WSCS) and instrumentation installed on U.S. Army Garrison Japan (USAG Japan) installations in Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA) and Sagami General Depot (SGD), Japan. The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, the manufacturer's specifications. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted at SFHA at 1030 hours on 17 May 19, and at SGD at 1330 hours on 17 May 19, JST for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Note 3: If your company requires an escort in order to gain access to the U.S.government installation, please fill in and submit the Guest Pass request to the contract administrator one (1) week prior to the pre-proposal conference date. Note 4: Closing time is Japan Time
