THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota AB Japan is searching for vendors that can fulfill a requirement for Japanese Cultural Awareness Instructor. Interested parties shall be able to meet the minimum requirements outlaid in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). A Government requirement for this service is being developed, and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and potential sources for the requirement. This sources sought announcement is to seek additional capable interested parties that may have entered the market place or offer additional innovative solutions that the Government should consider while increasing potential competition. Interested parties are requested to review the attached Draft PWS. This Sources Sought Announcement is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. All information received in response to this announcement that is marked "Proprietary" will be handled accordingly. Responses will not be returned.
