The 35th Operations Support Squadron seeks qualified vendors to supply Inflatable Training Decoys, with direct shipping required to Misawa Air Base. The decoys must be radar and IR significant, true to size, include generators or blowers for at least six hours of operation, and be transportable in a pickup truck. Mandatory items include specific SA21, C2, CSA16, CSA12, and CSA6 systems, with optional Patriot and additional C2 items.
