This is a solicitation for commercial services. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with solicitation number FA520525QB048. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a single offeror that fully meets the evaluation criteria. The price list submitted in response to this request will be the basis for award of the BPA. Vendors shall submit a price list in this request to below point of contact (POC) at the 35th Contracting Squadron via email. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. The contractor shall perform Sports Officials Service for the Youth Sports Program In Accordance With (IAW) attached Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) to selected sites upon receipt of a call by an authorized caller during the period of the BPA. The contractor is responsible for performing the service within the timeframe identified in the call for the requirements after receipt of call(s) from an authorized caller.
