Interested ve... This is a Sources Sought. The 35th Contracting Squadron is seeking sources who can provide the refurbishment of F-16 Travel Pods. Below is a description of the required services in need. Interested vendors please reach out to the listed POCs below with your capability statement. Contractor shall completely disassemble, inspect, reinforce, paint twelve (12) F-16 travel pods. The refurbishment shall include: 1. The overhaul of cargo pods consisting of complete tear down followed by blasting, all accessible dents removed, and the pods repainted with mil spec primer and paint. 2. Removal of the old door and replacement with a new custom matched and approved door with thumb latches and hardware. 3. Stainless loading handles polymer feet and new nose cones are to be included in the refurbishment along with new fasteners for each pod. 4.
