REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: The Government reserves the right to make award to the responsible vendor whose offer is both responsive and conforming to requirements in the item description below to represent the best overall price to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520523QB015A0001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2023-02, DFARS Change 03/22/2023, and AFFARS Change 3/1/2023. This acquisition will be competed via the open commercial market IAW FAR 12.203. This requirement is related to the previous RFQ number FA520523QB015. The statement of objectives has changed and some information has been updated (highlighted in attachment 1). We will be resoliciting this RFQ to allow for companies to provide updated quotes. Shipping will be to Tracy Depot, Tracy, CA. Please review the attachments and if your company is still interested in this requirement submit an updated quote to myself and A1C Wilmore no later than 1:00 pm JST, 19 June 2023. Please ensure all sections of the attached RFQ document are filled out, to include the clauses/provisions requiring contractor input. Questions will be due no later than 1:00 pm JST, 14 June 2023. Failure to respond in a timely manner or with all required information may result in your company being considered non-responsive and not be considered for award.
