All changes are highlighted in yellow. The RFQ is not being amended as a result of any of questions and answers contained in the Solicitation Amendment 00001 and 00002. Solicitation Amendment 00002: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide responses to questions received after the release of amendment 00001, and to extend the due date for receipt of quotations. Please see the revised RFQ and questions and answers for Amendment 00002 attached to this solicitation. Solicitation Amendment 00001: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide responses to a question received. Please see Questions and Answers attached to this solicitation. Solicitation Initial Posting: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and this acquisition is a BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT. See attached Combo RFQ, SOW and Single Source Justification for more details. Response to this solicitation must include sufficient information to establish the interested parties' bona-fide capabilitites of providing the products or services. Offeror shall provide a Firm-Fixed-Price Quotation corresponding to the Quantity and Description of the CLINs identified in the attached RFQ. All items quoted shall be on a brand name only basis meeting or exceeding the salient characteristics described in the RFQ and the SOW as the minimum specifications. Offerors must submit all questions concering this solicitation in writing electoronically to katsuyoshi.kodera.jp@us.af.mil All responses must be received no later than the date specified in the RFQ. Late responses will not be accepted. All responses must reference the subject solicitation number. All questions must be submitted by 11:00 AM JST on Friday January 20, 2023. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the Primary contact listed below.
