This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520522QB008; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-02, DPN 20211230, and AFAC 2021-0726. This is a NAF purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. NAFs are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services, and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars and Japanese sales consumption tax (Shohi-zei) shall not be included in quotes prepared by local vendors.
