This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520521QB025; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2021-05, DPN 20210520, and AFAC 2019-1001. This solicitation is for the services of Jet and Aerospace Ground Equipment Washing on Misawa Air Base in Misawa (city), Aomori (prefecture), Japan (country). All services will be performed in Misawa, Japan and all time zone references are in regards to Japanese Standard Time (JST).
