Static IP Service and SIM Cards: This is a non-personal service. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide Static IP Address services for the Asset Tracking Incursion Management System (ATIMS), used by 35 CES to include SIM cards and connectivity requirements. SIM cards of the following specifications are required to meet the this requirement: 1 each miniSIM (25mm x 15mm), 1 each nanoSIM (12.3mm x 8.8mm), and 20 each microSIM (15mm x 12mm).The service enables operability of ATIMS which maintains the visibility on assets utilized during snow removal operations and ground maintenance. ATIMS equipment is located primarily in Building 910, Misawa Air Base, Misawa, Japan. The contractor is required to meet all applicable requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices.
