Performance is in MISAWA (city), AOMORI (prefecture), JAPAN (nation), there is a system error with SAM.gov not recognizing foreign cities & prefectures and thus requiring location from within the United States. Response deadline is 21 July 2021, 0900 (AM) JAPAN STANDARD TIME. Please provide full response no later than the listed time/date to be considered timely. Late quotes may be considered unacceptable. Please provide any questions in a timely manner to allow for responses before the end of the solicitation.
