This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA520520QMG04; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-05, DPN 20190809, and AFAC 2018-0525. Offerors may use another format for submission of a response to this RFQ. Review the attachments and submit responses no later than 11 Sep 2020, 1500 (3:00 PM) JST. Evaluation criteria are provided in attachment FA520520QMG04 - HAMS. All clauses and provisions must be reviewed and information requested in accordance with clauses/provisions must be provided with offer submission.
