Please see attached updated PWS - Newborn Screening Service Final_Additional Edits. The response deadline has been extended to allow time for quotes to be submitted after reviewing the change. This request for quote is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for New Born Testing Services for Misawa Air Base, Japan. This is a Pre-priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The Contractor shall furnish services IAW Attachment 1 (Performance Work Statement (PWS) of this BPA). Delivery shall be made upon receipt of a call by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representatives during the effective period of this BPA. The prices shall be in accordance with the contractor’s price list as approved by the Contracting Officer and shall be submitted annually at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the expiration of the price list, or as required by the Contracting Officer. Please see attached documents with further information on this requirement. Please provide response no later than 29 June 2020, 0900 (am) (JST).
