This is an amendment to post a Q&A for subject pre-priced blanket purchase agreement. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision and all other items and services necessary to meet the requirements specified in this Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) attached to the contract and current price list approved by the Contracting Officer, 35 CONS, Misawa AB, Japan. Delivery shall be made upon receipt of a service call by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representatives during the effective period of this BPA.
