35th Contracting Squadron hereby submits a notice of intend to award a sole source firm fixed priced contact to Motorola Solutions, INC. for Personal Wireless Communications System (PWCS) Maintenance ... 35th Contracting Squadron hereby submits a notice of intend to award a sole source firm fixed priced contact to Motorola Solutions, INC. for Personal Wireless Communications System (PWCS) Maintenance and Repair Service under the authority, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR Subparagraph 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Award is scheduled to be made on or after March 20, 2020, and Contract Award Number is unknown at this time. Award Date and Contract Award Number in this notice will be updated. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of using other than the contractor stated above. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
