No awards will be made from this notice. No solicitation is available at this time. Therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a future acquisition. The 35th Contracting Squadron located at Misawa Air Base, Japan is seeking sources interested in providing supplies and services for NAICS 713990, Esports Gaming Center/Venue. Interested vendors must provide all equipment, software, furniture and support for an Esports Gaming Center/Venue in Misawa Air Base, Japan. Requirement: Esports Gaming Center/Venue: Contractor will provide gaming hardware requirements consistent to a commercial Esports venue, procure gaming equipment, secure shipping to designated location and provide onsite installation upon receipt of required equipment. PC, console and LAN center software installation set up and training, consistent with operating an Esports venue and with the approval of the customer. Software must be able to provide for the overall management of Esports venue (LAN center), track individual log on information, and provide gaming options, Tournament and league set up operation, software and training, Misawa Esports Team branding and design. Contractor will provide technical support and consultation for the first year of operations as required via email or telephone as requested during normal business hours. Consultation as it pertains to the planning, designing, construction and operation of an Esports venue. Consultation and training will be sufficient enough that the customer will be able to operate a fully functional and sustainable commercial Esports venue
