GENERAL SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, supervision, training, tools, equipment, safety equipment and other items necessary to provide portable toilets and handwash stations to include mobilization/de-mobilization, daily cleaning, and restocking, at multiple locations on North Field, Tinian, CNMI. DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: The Period of Performance (PoP) for this contract shall be 6 months duration with two 3-month Option periods. Each CLIN listed in the Schedule shall be quoted with a price per item and total per CLIN. Please see Attachment 1: Provisions and Clause, and Attachement 2: Perfromance Work Statement (PWS) NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
