The Government requires independent third-party Quality Control testing of construction materials for the adaptive rehabilitation of Tinian North Field to support the 513th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron. The work is critical to ensure materials meet specifications and standards for structural integrity and safety. The location for performance of services is Tinian North Field.
