Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This project requires the complete installation of submersible water well pumps at two well sites to establish a reliable, non-potable water source for field operations. The work will be performed at the Ushi and M-10 well sites located at Tinian North Field, CNMI. All offerors must create and maintain an active profile in the PIEE system to be eligible to submit a proposal. Inquiries or requests for clarification regarding the project must be submitted by January 26, 2026.
