All other parts of this solicitation remain unchanged. The purpose of this solicitation is to award a Multiple Award IDIQ to up to 2 (two) qualified hotel/lodging services contractors. For the purpose of evaluating proposals to form a basis for award selection, offerors shall use the attachment 'Lodging Proposal Breakdown_5Nov2024' to submit their proposal in response to this solicitation. Offerors, please fill in your proposal information the attachment mentioned before, convert it to PDF format, then submit it via email to 356ECEG.CONS.Team@us.af.mil before the proposal due date and time. All proposals in response to this solicitation are due to 356 ECEG/CONS via email no later than 1300 Chamorro Standard Time 5 December 2024. Questions and/or Request For Information (RFI) for this solicitation are due no later than 1300 Chamorro Standard Time 15 November 2024. All Questions and/or RFIs submitted after the due date may or may not be considered, subjected to the Contracting Officer's discretion. Proposals will be evaluated based on the price per room and cumulative total price of all rooms. The Contracting Officer will make an award decision based on the evaluation of proposals as outlined above. The decision will be documented in the contract file.
