GENERAL SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, supervision, training, tools, equipment, safety equipment and other items necessary to provide portable toilets and handwash stations to include mobilization/de-mobilization, daily cleaning, and restocking, at multiple locations on Andersen AFB. DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: The Period of Performance (PoP) for this contract shall be 12 months duration with two 6-month Option periods. Each CLIN listed in the Schedule shall be quoted with a price per item and total per CLIN.
