From its historical significance in World War II to its modern-day military operations, the island continues to evolve to support defense infrastructure and readiness efforts. As part of this ongoing commitment, maintaining municipal solid waste (MSW) collection services has become an essential requirement. This RFI announcement is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Government is not committed to award a contract pursuant to this announcement. The information received from this RFI is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in acquisition strategy planning.
