The contractor must provide non-personal services—including labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other necessary items—to perform the security requirement at the Robert E. Kamosa Transmitting Station Facilities in Tinian. The period of performance is estimated at 6 months. Interested vendors are requested to provide a capability statement covering company profile (name, CAGE code, UEI number, and business size/socioeconomic status), acquisition options with rough order of magnitude pricing, logistics and estimated mobilization lead time after award, and relevant past performance information.
