The 356th ETSG Contracting Office is preparing to solicit a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Bioenvironmental Inspection Services at Andersen AFB, Guam. The attached Performance Work Statement contains the base requirements for each project. Interested and capable companies should contact both listed POCs to be included in the forthcoming direct solicitation once this pre-solicitation closes. Questions should be submitted to the POCs, and responses will be posted on SAM when applicable.
