Peleliu Meals Service Contract
This is a market-research/sources-sought notice, not a request for proposals, for turn-key commercial food, catering, and potable water services at Peleliu Airfield, Republic of Palau, supporting 50–60 deployed U.S. military personnel. The estimated performance period is 1 February 2027 through 31 December 2027, including a 30-day mobilization. The contractor must provide three hot/box meals per day, seven days per week, meeting 2,500–3,000 calories/person/day on a 28-day rotational cycle, plus a modular field kitchen, refrigeration/freezers, and primary/backup diesel generators, with only an unimproved ground footprint provided by the government. Logistics include inter-island cargo transport from Koror to Peleliu via commercial barge/ferry and on-site maintenance of a 7-day shelf-stable emergency food stock and 5-day potable water reserve (~550 gal). Compliance is required with the Tri-Service Food Code, approved food-source rules, and Republic of Palau EQPB regulations, and a firm-fixed-price contract structure is anticipated.
