The government is seeking commercial lodging facilities in Tamuning, Tumon, or surrounding areas of Guam, with preferred proximity to Andersen Air Force Base, to provide secure, long-term lodging for up to 100 military personnel. The period of performance is expected to begin as soon as possible in mid-2026 and run through 15 October 2026. Lodging rates must be at or below the Department of Defense Joint Travel Regulation maximum daily per diem for Guam. This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify capable vendors and assess the viability of a long-term Blanket Purchase Agreement.
