Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for the inspection, testing, and redevelop/rehabilitation of two (2) water wells located on EAFB property to include: performing water well inspections, conducting performance tests, performing water well repairs, to include any refurbishment of parts, parts replacement, and/or rehabilitation deemed necessary via water well assessment report and video inspection findings. The U.S. Air Force is requesting the following information from Interested Parties: Company name and contact information to include phone number and email. Contractor capability statement. Business type: (large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUB-Zone small business, woman-owned small business, very small business, veteran-owned small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business) based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310, small business size standard of $11.0 Million.
