The purpose of this sources sought is to gain a greater understanding of the full range of available options to meet the government’s preliminarily identified requirements. 354th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research for utility terrain vehicles (UTV) with the ability to conduct training operations performing in challenging Arctic terrain, including snow, ice, and traversing water. All interested vendors must also consider logistically delivering to and within the State of Alaska as the delivery will be expected to either be to a local destination where the vehicle(s) may be picked up, or to the base.
