The project requires a comprehensive baseline assessment, inventory, and engineering design to modernize and expand the Vindicator Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Access Control System at Eielson Air Force Base and its associated Geographically Separated Units. The contractor will deliver an executable blueprint, a finalized Bill of Materials, and a 100% Installation Design Plan to support a full system overhaul in FY27. The design must replace legacy equipment with a modern V6-based system, expand the IDS, transition network pathways from copper to fiber, integrate CCTV/VICADS, and establish a lifecycle sparing strategy. Performance of services will take place at Eielson Air Force Base and its associated GSUs. The resulting plan must ensure EAFB meets all applicable Department of War and other regulations.
