The government requires a commercial tracked over-snow transportation system capable of operating safely in Arctic winter conditions. The system must include a utility snow machine with engine heating, hitch capability, and safety features; a towing sled-bus for six adults and three children with windshield and hard top; and a snow groomer with a cross-country ski track setter. All equipment must be new, commercially available, and meet minimum performance requirements to support ski hill and winter tour operations and maintain recreational trails. Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made until funds are available. The government also reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time without reimbursement of offeror costs.
