This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation and all supporting documents have been attached. There is an approved Brand Name Justification and Approval (J&A) document attached. The J&A approves specific brands. The government will accept "or equal" quotes/offers for any of the items on the product list that do NOT fall under one of the brands approved on the J&A.
