It must also provide push notifications for overdue or unreturned keys and maintain a full audit trail. A touchscreen interface and integration with 24/7 video surveillance are required, along with a one-year on-site warranty, training, and phone support. The system must be delivered as a single cabinet, with preference for solutions that offer remote monitoring, real-time alerts, and scalability for future expansion.
