(1) Attach revised parts list and PWS (2) Corrects and adds to Q&A document (3) Extend Due Date for Proposals to Sep 8 2025 AMENDMENT 0002: (1) The purpose of this amendment is to post responses to questions received within the allotted time frame provided in the original solicitation. (responses posted via Q&A attachment) (2) Removing CLIN 0003 "Training to operate VICAD systems..." within the current combo solicitation and all other mentions within SAM posting. All other terms and conditions remain the same. -- AMENDMENT 0001: The Purpose of this amendment changes the site visit date, date questions are due and due date of proposals. -- The contractor will furnish all equipment and labor to replace cameras, routers, and VICADS units. These systems must be integrated with existing infrastructure. The system will provide 4K resolution for all cameras. All electrical components will be furnished by the contractor as specific Brand Name items in accordance with the Parts List and Specifications letter attached to this solicitation. These items include 1x Prometheus VICADS V100, 90x assorted Avigilon Cameras, Cisco networking equipment, housings, mounts, switches displays, modules, and cables. More details are provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
