Description: The government is in need for one-hundred (100) rental vehicles in support of a local exercise. The Statement of Work (SOW) and description of the requirement can be found in the attachments section. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. (End of clause) Amendment 1: Administrative change to update conflicting dates provided in the solicitation. Please note the offer due date is updated from May 27th, 2025 to May 29th, 2025 at 12:00 PM AKDT, and the period of performance of the requirement will be June 30th, 2025 - August 29th, 2025.
