The Contractor shall provide four (4) cold weather / arctic subject matter experts with at least 5 years of experience in training SOF in expeditionary mobility in the Arctic during the winter. The contractor must be familiar with SOF sustainment in the Arctic environment and have at least 10 years-experience in teaching survival and mobility in the Arctic and must be able to provide didactic and hands on (practical) lessons on the stated SOFAM 25 learning objectives related to living in the cold (TLO1) or mobility in the cold (TLO2). The contractor must provide at least 30 extreme cold weather tents with sufficient tent heating systems amongst other items stated in the PWS.
