This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for the procurement of two fat trucks IAW the salient characteristic attachment. Please note that this is a Brand name requirement; review the atttached Justification and approval. Interested parties are invited to review the attached documents and fill out the attached SF1449 to participate in this solicitation. Quotations, including delivery schedule must be submitted to james.cameron.15@us.af.mil and mouhamed.sarr.sn@us.af.mil by September 12th, 2024 at 12:00 PM AKDT. Any questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted by September 9th, 2024 at 12:00 PM AKDT. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
