The goventment requires Loader Mounted Snow Blower, Brand Name or equal to RPM220 Please see attachments for additional characteristcs of the RPM220. The blower shall be capable of up to 3,000 tons/hour, be telescopic and have side chutes. Casting up to 150 ft and able to move any type of snow. The telescoping chute should be 135 1/2" to 153 1/2". The blower should include chute lights, blower lights, ice cutters and 120" fixed steering vanes.The equipment purchased is required to be prefabricated to withstand Arctic environment conditions, temperatures below -40 degrees Fahrenheit. The snow blower requires a female coupler additionaly It will have to be a wireless remote-control system. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
