This solicitation i... Updated on 07 June 2024 Solicitation FA500424Q0016 has been amended to extend quotation due date from 03 June 2024 to 17 June 2024. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Eielson AFB currently possesses a 2008 Caterpillar D7R11 Tracked Dozer. This equipment, requiring a new engine, is in need of a replacement. The responsibility for removing the existing engine and installing the replacement will fall upon the future contractor. The specified replacement engine is a Caterpillar Engine with the following specifications: Model 3176C, Arrangement Number 248-6391, and Part Number 20R-1944. It is imperative that the new engine meets or exceeds OEM specifications as per Technical Order 36-1-191, section 1.5.1.2 regarding Replaced Parts. Additionally, we are also requesting a 2 year or 2000 hour warranty for the engine. For more information please review the attachments to this solicitation.
